James Fauvell



James Fauvell plays the role of Lucinius in Nicholas of Myra. A kind and gentle presbyter, Lucinius has a vision that Nicholas is destined to become the Bishop of Myra. Throughout the story Lucinius is a loyal friend to Nicholas, remaining steadfast at his side as this dream becomes reality.

James made his professional acting debut in the world premier of Tom Fontana’s The Day Jack London Got Pinched and the subsequent television documentary inspired by it. He has since performed at numerous Off and Off-Off Broadway theatres. His most recent New York credits include the world premieres of Alcohol, a one-man show written by Kyle Bradstreet, and The Giant’s Causeways by Nora S. McLaughlin. As a playwright James has had two short plays produced in NYC, Cranes and Shelter. He currently lives in Brooklyn. Nicholas of Myra is his first full-length feature.
